AZVR For Seniors (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides vacation rental services through two condos in Peoria, Arizona (the “Properties”). These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of our website and the rental of our Properties. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
2. Booking & Payment

Booking Process: Reservations must be made via our website or agreed-upon channels. We’ll send a confirmation email to finalize your reservation.

Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of [X%] of the total amount is required at booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least [Y days] before check-in.

5. Occupancy & Eligibility

6. House Rules
Guests must:

Keep noise levels low—especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

No smoking within the Properties.

No pets unless explicitly approved.

Keep the Properties tidy and report any damages immediately.

No parties or events without prior approval.
Failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges or eviction without refund.
7. Damage & Security Deposit

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA.

Any disputes will first attempt resolution via mediation. If needed, disputes will be handled in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these T&Cs periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page, accompanied by an updated “Last Revised” date. Continued use or booking after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
